“Vai Um Queijo Ai?” – Printer Inks on Canvas

This is "Vai um queijo aí?" from our last show at War'Hous last year.

A vendor walks down the beach, selling cheese. A scene that brings back great memories of spending time at the beach with good friends and family, where our only concern besides having the right amount of sunblock was spotting the walking vendors for some coconut water, ice cream and even cheese...  "queijo coalho" to be more specific.

This type of cheese is a bit lighter and saltier than usual. Vendors walk around the beach with mini hand-held charcoal ovens and usually offer the cheese with oregano or some garlic sauce.
